An entertaining, inspirational, and professional seminar to develop mental discipline and self motivation for people who want to be high-level performers in any field.

The great performers are paid well for consistently achieving a very high average of excellence. How? it can't only be hard work; many people struggle for years with little success. It can't just be connections; you have to be able to deliver high quality performances. Maybe it's luck? Oprah says, "Luck is a matter of opportunity and being prepared. If you ain't prepared, you ain't lucky."

The Performing Mind Framework seminar will help you get prepared, fired up, and give you the knowledge and tools to create solid mental discipline and rock solid skills using proven methods.

Tools to help you:

  • Develop powerful mental concentration and focus
  • Control stage fright and channel your energy into your performance.
  • Hone your preparation skills to be thorough, practical, and efficient.
  • Exude a well-founded confidence and professional bearing.
  • Survive and thrive in spite of any performing disasters.
  • Effectively prepare for performances and auditions.
  • Set workable goals, and effectively evaluate your performances against those goals.

The Goals and Objectives Workshop involves group and individual work to find out what you really want and build a set of goals for your life, then devise the objectives and a plan to develop the skills and qualities you need to achieve your goals, then create some strategies to get you on your way. This would be especially valuable for individuals, ensembles or bands preparing for a big change, such as sudden success.

The Performing Stress Workshop provides training and performing experience over several sessions where you confront and triumph over your fear of performing for audiences, and learn to focus and thrive in the potential chaos of live performance.
